ABOUT THE BOOK
Some differences can only be settled by crazy love…

After losing his dream job and falling victim to a tainted reputation, Jameson (Jamie) Griffin is more than grateful for a move to a new city when he inherits his grandmother’s house. Optimistic about the change of scenery and, hopefully, friendly new neighbors, Jamie dedicates his free time to writing a memoir of how he went from rebel to redeemed. He soon finds that one particularly nosy neighbor proves to be a distraction though, and he makes it his mission to soften her crusty exterior.

Lila Tracy’s life wasn’t at all what she’d thought it’d be, but one impulsive decision brings her closer to building the life she’s craved. Only she hadn’t counted on a new lunatic neighbor becoming a detour in her plans. Determined to learn of this neighbor’s “secret” project, Lila instead finds herself the object of doubtful disputations that have her questioning everything she’s believed and wanted from life.

Can Lila surrender the guard around her heart and welcome the love she’s always desired? Will Jamie be able to defeat the taunting lies of the past and get his story written to be an effective witness for the Lord? And might the Wonder of Wonders turn Jamie and Lila’s status as enemy neighbors into something sweeter, despite their differences?

REVIEW
Cute story about a girl coming to know Christ through her neighbor and his difficult past. There was a lot for her to overcome and I loved her feisty attitude and her strong spirit. Lots of cute and touching moments throughout the book between her and her neighbor. His story was also  a big part, although his redemption happened previously, off page. It also tied a few people in from the author’s other books which was neat. If you like clean, specifically Christian fiction, then this is a great book for your collection.
