ABOUT THE BOOK
There’s an expiration date to their proximity. Is that enough to extinguish the explosive chemistry between them?
Madison Wheeler is the definition of a responsible adult, living and working in Kansas City—right up until her life implodes. Convinced by her best friend Clara, she retreats to the small town of Noel for a reset. If Clara’s Christmas spirit managed to save the town last year, maybe that same magic could rescue Madison’s unraveling future.
Liam Park is sent to Noel for a short-term work assignment, and he is not happy about the destination. When he crosses paths with Madison, he’s intrigued by the sassy woman who doesn’t back down from a good verbal sparring. But Liam refuses to truly open up to a temporary acquaintance. He refuses to open up to anyone.
Despite their attempts to maintain distance, the fiery tension between them only grows. Will they ultimately push each other away or embrace the pull they can’t deny?

REVIEW
Book two in her Christmas series. It was fun to go back to Noel, Arkansas. I loved the vibe between the two characters in this story. Their sassy and sarcastic banter was top notch. I enjoyed getting to know them as they got to know one another better. I wasn’t quite sure about the whole cat situation, but it ended up being a very cute part of the story. The make-out sessions were plentiful and the whole living together was not my favorite part--hence the 4 stars. Overall, a very good story and kept with the author’s way of writing very good characters that we get to know intimately. She’s one of my favorite authors.
