BOOK REVIEW
The friendship! I enjoyed how the author weaved the friendship of Audrey and Eve together, bouncing back and forth throughout their lives. The backdrop of WWII showed a great deal about how the girls needed one another and changed throughout those turbulent years. The depth of friendship, jealousy, and truth found its way to a wonderful ending.
If you enjoy WWII novels this is one worth reading. I look forward to reading more books by Lynn Austin.
